Returns Policy

We place a high value on client satisfaction and are always willing to work with them to resolve any problems that may come up.

Please send us an email within seven days of receiving the goods, to let us know if you’re not happy with your purchase. The email address to notify should be onlineorders@actionvan.co.uk

You will be required to return items within 14 days of receipt if you decide to cancel an order after the products have been shipped. The merchandise must be returned in its original, unopened packaging in order for it to be considered resalable. You, the customer, will be responsible for arranging and covering any necessary postage costs. Kindly get in touch with us prior to returning any items, and make use of a service that offers insurance (to pay the cost if the goods are lost or damaged during their return) and confirmation of delivery.

Any money paid to us will be reimbursed to your payment method as soon as possible upon receipt of the goods in resalable, as shipped condition. This process typically takes seven days, but it always done with 28 days. There can be restocking or repackaging costs especially with roof racks which need to be completely unpacked to check them and will always need fresh packaging when re-packed.

Returned goods that have been fitted or are in poor condition (or both) will not be resold and will not be eligible for a refund. In this case you will receive photographic proof of this.

Typically there will be a 10% restocking fee applied to items such as the roof rack.

Return Policy for Defective Product

If there are any defects with the goods, you need let us know within seven days after receipt. If you would want to return the item, we will reimburse a regular postal fees and either refund the purchase price or send you a suitable replacement.

The delivery driver must be notified of any damage sustained during transit at the time of delivery. Please carefully inspect the delivered things, and if there is any damage, ask the driver to take a picture of the damage as the “delivery photo”

This proof is required to support a claim, failing to do so will nullify a claim.

Fitted products cannot be returned to us. Upon delivery, every item scheduled for installation should be examined for any flaws prior to fitting.

A product is not considered defective due to slight colour, stitch or sucker variation.
